Memorial Day Weekend 2011

The girls and I enjoyed spending a couple of days with my parents for a fun Memorial Day weekend celebration. The girls played a bit of softball with Grandma and Grandpa. It was a gorgeous day!

The next morning my Dad had a treat in store for us! We went to visit the home and farm of a gentleman who has been collecting antiques his whole life. He has the ultimate set up around his farm, it's almost a miniature city and fun items from Heber Valley history! What a neat experience and I only took a small amount of pictures!! I was so sad that Bill missed out, he would love it! It was like we'd been dropped off in an episode of American Pickers! There is no way you can see everything in one visit! We'll have to go back again sometime this summer!

Maryann & Matt posing for a cute picture! That barn is full of things from old school buildings, including pictures of our parents from High School. The girls had a good laugh at those!

Hannah and Ce'Nedra were thrilled to find both Grandma and Grandpa on the wall.

Handcarts from both the Willie and Martin Hand Cart companies! Such history!

"Dashing through the snow..."

Acacia had no fear to demonstrate the old fashioned dentist chair and needle for her shot!

Could not figure out how to crop my bloated, pregnant self out of this shot! Oh well, will make for some good before and after shots!
Then our last stop was at the Midway & Heber cemeteries before we headed back to Wyoming.

My Grandfather Russel Price (my Mom's Dad)

My Grandmother Norma Jean Young (my Dad's mother)
My Great Grandmother Annie Crook's headstone with my Grandmother Veon Price, my mother and my two daughters.
