We just returned from a private party at the SCERA Pool in Orem. It was for the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation. My sister, Natalie is the Utah County Chapter President. We were invited and had so much fun with our family and everyone. It was so nice to be surrounded by famalies and their kids with Down Syndrome. It was a very small group, so we felt spoiled as there were no lines to go down the slides and plenty of swimming room! I helped Lydia go down the fun blue slide for kids, she was afraid at first but laughed as she spashed to the bottom. Hannah and Acacia were so cute! Acacia said her favorite part was when Hannah helped her swim in the deep (3 ft) parts! Ce'Nedra got to go down the BIG twisting slide with her Daddy and that was for sure her favorite part! Bill and Kelly took turns going down the huge drop slide - we tried to get some good pictures - but there was SO much WATER SPRAY - haha!
