Last week Ce'Nedra was able to participate in the Utah Valley Kids Basketball Camp. For several years now, Bill has been helping the UVSC (soon to be UVU) team out by officating at their camps for free. So, when he called to sign up Ce'Nedra for their camp, they told him he didn't have to pay the $50 Fee! :) Ce'Nedra was so cute as she learned the basics of dribbling, passing and shooting. At the end of the camp she even participated in her first 5 on 5 game! You'll see in the video that she got the ball and then passed it to the other team. Of course, the girl was twice her size - but I'm proud of her for getting in there and trying! Her coach was Coach Larson, the assistant head coach to the UVU Wolverines! It was so fun to watch her work with the youngest kids at the camp. She inspired Ce'Nedra to work hard and get better. The other day I heard Ce'Nedra teaching Acacia the proper way to dribble, with one hand on your head! So cute!
