Headline News in our Front Yard! Here my blog will now take on the appearance of a news article, except with my opinionated commentary!
While I was at my writing class at UVU this morning, a lot of commotion was going on outside our home. A boy that appeared to be about 13 or so, crossed in the middle of the road, while riding his bike, instead of going about 10 feet futher to use the crosswalk. Our neighbor parks her big lawncare truck and trailer on the side of the road, so the poor unsuspecting driver of a mini van didn't see him until he was right in front of her. Thank goodness she had just come from the 4 way stop, or he might have been hurt a lot worse. His injuries were enough that he was taken away by ambulance. So, here are the pictures Bill took "covertley" from our girls bedroom window. He's so funny, he didn't want them to see him taking the pictures. That was pretty exciting for our girls this morning while I was away.

Glad he is o.k. I think it would be fun to be an undercover cop or investigator.
p.s. I will get the santoku knife someday! :-)
I've got to get out of this neighborhood. I hate these roads, especially Center. They make me so nervous. I won't even let Jade be outside without me. I'm glad it wasn't too serious.
That is so freaky. Great pictures Bill. How's Chicago?
