Halloween Family Fun!

Once again my mother-in-law, Carol, planned an evening full of fun Halloween activities for our little family party. The evening started out with everyone sitting around the fire pit while the kids roasted (attempted to and then handed them over to Mom and Dad) their hot dogs. We also had a choice of chili in pumpkin shaped bread bowls (I forgot to take a picture!) and sloppy joes and chicken salad. After dinner Carol's activites for the kids included, bowling with pumpkins (Ce'Nedra's first pumpkin busted open) and bobing for apples and a cake walk. In the video you'll see Ciera using her laptop for the music and Shaun really getting into it in the last mintute. The evening was concluded with carving pumpkins. Ce'Nedra wanted a butterfly and Acacia wanted a clown face. They each drew what they wanted on a piece of paper and then Mom and Dad did their best to recreate it on the pumpkin!
